Tru by Hilton Baltimore Harbor East

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff and convenient for the downtown Baltimore area. Rooms were a little small but not a deal breaker for me. They also validate parking bc its paid parking only.

Location is cool. Quiet area near Little Italy. Breakfast is solid: nothing special but it checks out. Good value for money, overall. I would recommend.

Excellent place to stay in Baltimore! While the location is great (in Fells Point and close to Inner Harbor) it was the service that made this location special. We used the convenient parking lot across the street and at check in they said "You are here on a Sat-Sun. If you pay via the hotel it is $25 with in-out access. But, if you pay at the lot it is only $5.00 So unless you are going in and out 5 times, pay across the street." Then at breakfast the staff were right on top of refilling the buffet. It was a Football weekend and they were staffed and ready. The, at check out I annoyingly used three credit cards (I had a coupon/rebate on each card) and it was handled smoothly. Great location, clean rooms and excellent service!

Location was convenient. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Parking was very convenient across the street. Only $5 Sat and Sun each time you entered. Inma at the front desk was amazing!! We were so stressed after arriving because there was a bike race in town that had soooooo many streets closed. She helped us navigate the rest of our evening.

I did really like this hotel. It was clean. The location was good. The smart TV was enjoyable while I was in my room. I loved the shower. The gym was efficient with fairly new equipment. The breakfast had most of what you need. The only thing is staff weren’t very friendly at the front desk. Very dry. They don’t even smile and greet you when you come in.

It was our first time in Baltimore. We had a 1 year old with us, and they were mindful about giving us a quieter location. The room was above our expectations. I really liked the view and being able to watch Netflix while packing. The location was great, it’s across from a parking structure that allows 24-hr parking. (I think it was $25) The breakfast included and was appreciated. Overall I’d recommend this to friends and family!

We loved everything about this hotel! The location was perfect for attending an event at the CFG Center. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was extremely clean. Parking across the street was affordable, and there were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. We would definitely stay here again.

They have a most wonderful staff and hotel to stay at .They remember customers and greet you warmly with a smile We were able to check in early and appreciate that so much .The lovely Spanish women i cant remember how to spell her name (MY APOLOGIES)is absolutely our favorite Tru Hilton employee hands down . Many options to dine at I suggest Amiccis in little italy its outstanding. I will not stay anywhere else when in Baltimore you won us over and yall rock in the service industry.
